3 key pillars
The conference programme prepared for the 11th edition of Eurasia Rail brings together three key pillars that will shape the future of the railway industry:
Investments and Growth: This theme will focus on how the sector can expand on a global scale, enter new markets, and finance its growth. Under this topic, investment strategies and the financial sustainability of the sector will be discussed within the framework of “Investments, Export, and Logistics.”
Connections and Collaborations: Discussions will cover how railway networks in different regions can be integrated, how logistics processes can be optimized, and how international collaborations can be strengthened. Under the “Transport Vision” theme, global partnerships, mega projects such as the Middle Corridor and the Development Road will be explored in detail.
Sustainability and Environment: This pillar will address ways to minimize the environmental impact of railway transportation, the use of renewable energy sources, smart transportation systems, and sustainable materials. Within the “Transport for Climate” theme, solutions to protect the sector from environmental impacts will be discussed. Finally, under the “Future of Mobility” theme, topics such as artificial intelligence, user experience, and industry transformation will be explored to exchange ideas on how future transportation systems will be shaped.
Sectoral Sessions
Industry veterans, along with leading institutions and organizations shaping the sector, will share the latest developments in the railway, light rail, and logistics industries with visitors at the Conference Stop Stage. With investment-focused sessions, the conference will foster partnerships, highlight export and international market opportunities, and present a feasible vision for the future. The programme will also provide insights into global branding, government investments, international agreements, and sectoral collaborations, covering all key industry topics on the conference stage.
Innovation Talks
The programme will offer manufacturers an opportunity to introduce their latest technologies, connect with potential partners, and increase brand visibility in the region under “Innovation Talks”. Start-up Forum
On the final day of the exhibition, the Conference Stop Stage will host a Start-up Forum, featuring mobility technology innovations, award-winning projects developed by university engineering departments, and next-generation railway technologies. Review to Eurasia Rail 2023
In 2023, Eurasia Rail opened its doors to 212 local and international exhibitors from 17 countries with 8,352 sqm of booth space on an area of 10,235 sqm and brought together a total of 10,603 professional visitors from 61 countries.
During the exhibition, delegations and decision makers from 34 countries participated in 203 buyer delegation meetings and over 2.000 B2B business meetings were held. 89% of the exhibitors stated that they would get a return on their investment in the exhibition. In 2023, the Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure of Rep. of Türkiye, Turkish State Railways (TCDD), TCDD Transportation, Germany, Czech Republic, France, and UK country pavilions were formed and purchasing experts from 34 countries such as Azerbaijan, Czech Republic, Dubai, India, Canada, Moldova, Spain, Italy, Kosovo, Morocco, Libya, Egypt, Saudi Arabia participated at Eurasia Rail. Turkish municipalities: Istanbul, Ankara, Samsun, Kayseri, Gaziantep, Kayseri, Gaziantep and other municipalities participated in the procurement delegation programme with their decision makers by securing their booths.
