What to expect?
The noise level at the seat has a significant impact on passengers’ comfort during the journey. Seats are now used as mobile offices, with passengers making phone calls or using their mobile devices for office tasks, emails or multimedia, and they like to block out driving noise or conversation noise. For most passengers, minimal disturbance to others, e.g. in open-plan cabins, is preferable.
